Dear Travel Lovers,

I’m excited to share my affinity for the Bay Area and West Coast with all of you! While I highlight many notable tourist attractions, I prefer to discover the heart of a neighborhood where connections happen with the locals. I learned many invaluable lessons from travelers along my journeys, and one of the most important lessons was this: find the places that speak to the character of a location, the places that serve as reminders of your best memories.

Every location in this blog is a place near and dear to my heart and accessible in terms of time and transport for local Bay Area and West Coast travelers. Domestic and International travelers will also find unique ideas to add to their itineraries while visiting California and the beautiful West Coast.

I take great care to maintain the integrity of this blog as a genuine account of my real connections. And so, I don’t speak of the blog until I’ve decided a place is near and dear to my heart.

Considering the challenges facing travel this year, trips will be cautiously planned, and I’ll gradually expand travels beyond the Bay Area given time. For now, there is much to see and explore in my immediate surroundings. Let’s begin.
